Team up with product managers for requirements gathering, then create wireframes based on product requirements in collaboration with Project, Product, and Engineering teams.

    Collaborated with Business, Product, and Engineering teams for Self-service web application for UoPx students. Translate business requirements to detailed interaction design, iterate on feedback. Delivered, created wireframes and low-level prototypes for Self-service project using Axure RP Pro 7. Participated in Self-service applications usability studies during early prototype iterations.

    Worked for the Online Banking group on multiple, high profile projects. Partnered with a senior in-house Idx, initially on a re-design desktop project then segued into native mobile design. Responsibilities: Requirements gathering, wireframe creation, interaction design, usability testing, strategy & client presentations. Task analysis, and client facing interaction in an both agile scrum and waterfall environments for desktop and mobile applications (iPhone, iPad, and Windows 8).

    Spring 2015

    In May 2015, attended People Skills for UX one day virtual conference along with several Apollo Ux colleagues.

    Enterprise UX 2015 was attended by two Ux managers. Recorded video was made available for all team members. I reviewed several segments including Opening Keynote by Catherine Courage, former SVP of Citrix; Theme 2: Craft amid Complexity & Enterprise Storytelling Sessions.

    A few weeks later, attended a webinar called Color Is Relative: Designing for Accessibility.
